When creating smaller amounts of emulsion (< 4 ml), it can appear as a “runny” emulsion. This can also occur with some antigens (especially some peptides), even when large amounts have been prepared. Importantly, it does not influence the results in any of the disease models we have tested (EAE and CIA).
