Second Sight® is operational in the following conditions:
– Storage temperature: – 20°C to + 70°C (-4°F and +158°F)
– Operating temperature: -20°C to + 55°C (-4°F and +131°F)
– Humidity: up to 100% but no condensation.
In case of extreme cold climatic conditions, the infrared signal from the background is not sufficient. Therefore, neither the system nor the batteries can work in those extreme cold conditions.
