Driver Vision Enhancer (DVE)

Enhanced driver vision systems or Driver Vision Enhancer (DVE) provides essential operational advantages for armed forces. The Driver Vision Enhancer (DVE) is designed to improve driver vision in low visibility conditions such as night, fog, dust or smoke. Facing forward and backward, DVE sensors offer a field of vision optimized for driving, focusing on close vision for immediate and efficient navigation.

CamSight offers lightweight, compact, and low-power LWIR thermal camera modules (SWaP – Size, Weight, and Power), delivering high-quality thermal vision for optimal observation and surveillance. Based on uncooled technology, these modules provide real-time, latency-free imaging both day and night. In addition, the onboard image processing and algorithms continuously enhance image quality, ensuring clear vision in all circumstances. CamSight modules are compatible with HD-SDI, and PAL video interfaces facilitating their integration into different transmission and control systems with a very low latency suitable for driving.

On the other hand, PeriSight is a scalable optronic solution that integrates CamSight technology to enhance driver vision in complex environments. It can be upgraded perimeter surveillance (LSA) and is suitable for all types of vehicles. PeriSight uses a network of thermal sensor modules and low-light visible sensors.
