DataVIEW Software

DataVIEW is data management software designed for Bertin Instruments’ radiation monitoring solutions. The software can communicate directly with the AlphaGUARD, all GammaTRACER types, the MiniTRACE, and the AlphaE. Depending on the type of equipment, the connection between the software and the device can be established via a USB port, Bluetooth, infrared, or a cable interface.

DataVIEW software is available in two versions, DataVIEW Light and DataVIEW PRO:

• DataVIEW Light, the software package that includes basic functionality, is supplied free of charge with the AlphaE and MiniTRACE handheld devices. DataVIEW Light allows the user to activate DataVIEW PRO for ten trial sessions.
• DataVIEW PRO, the full-featured software, allows multiple parameters to be displayed in up to four graphs, enabling the user to compare measurements from different instruments. Measurement series can be split or merged while zooming. In addition to other sophisticated functions, DataVIEW PRO includes a report module that allows the user to freely select days of the week and/or different times of day. DataVIEW PRO also provides a report function with individually configurable evaluation outputs, e.g. for evaluating exposure during actual retention time.
