How much time does it take to set up a GammaTRACER® Spider operational on the field?

Just few minutes are needed to set it up and being ready for radioactivity measurement.

If the GammaTRACER® Spider data transmission and GPS function is off, only a magnet is needed to switch it on. Move quickly (in 2 seconds) the magnet 5 times directly above the Spider reed contact. The switches are engraved on the case for the data transmission and the GPS function.

If you have a self-stand-up version, you can drop the instrument and it will stand-up alone on the measuring spot.

If you have a manual stand-up version, preparing the support and placing the instrument will take less than a minute.
