Test Collimators
The test collimators developed by Bertin Winlight are intended for the qualification, characterization, and finetuning of optical sensors and systems in demanding test environments.
Bertin Winlight’s range of test collimators includes off‑axis collimators, on‑axis Cassegrain‑type collimators, as well as infrared collimators, covering a wide spectrum of optical architectures and wavelengths. These systems generate high‑quality collimated optical beams that are used as references for verifying the optical, radiometric, and geometrical performance of the equipment under test.
Designed to meet a wide variety of requirements, this offering is suited to applications requiring high precision, excellent opto‑mechanical stability, and multispectral compatibility. The collimators are therefore used in functional testing, pre‑flight qualification, and performance validation contexts, for both civil and institutional applications.
