PeriSight Top Attack – 360° passive infrared detection against drone threats

As drone threats multiply and grow in sophistication, protecting armored vehicles has become an unavoidable operational imperative. The conflict in Ukraine provides the most compelling evidence: 70% of losses in Ukraine and Russia are caused by drone attacks, making the rooftops of armored vehicles a critical vulnerability.

It is in this context that PeriSight Top Attack was developed: a fully passive 360° infrared electro-optical detection system, powered by Bertin’s CamSight thermal modules. Unlike active solutions, it emits no electromagnetic signal, making it completely undetectable and fully operational in the most contested electronic warfare environments, including against fiber-optic guided drones.

Compact and modular in architecture, PeriSight Top Attack can be integrated into any armored vehicle, regardless of its size. Its embedded computer provides automatic moving target detection and tracking, reducing crew mental workload and enabling rapid and effective countermeasure activation. Compliant with applicable military standards, it is designed to operate in the most demanding environmental and operational conditions.
